About the roleAs the Chief Financial Officer/controller at Familjen Frisk Holdings AB, you will step into a dynamic and crucial role where you make your mark on the business every day. We are just at the beginning of our journey, and your contribution will make a difference.

In practice, the assignment means that you:

• Manage and develop the entire financial process from ongoing accounting and year-end closing to producing clear decision-making materials.

• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting so that we can act quickly and with the right information when facing new business opportunities.

• Build structures for reporting and analysis that help us see opportunities and risks before they become challenges.

• Plan liquidity and manage financing issues to ensure we have the right conditions for growth.

• Act as the contact person for auditors, banks, and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting, etc.

• Initiate process improvements and business development so that we work smarter and more sustainably.

You are the hub between our subsidiaries and their CEOs. Sometimes you challenge, sometimes you support. You sit on the boards and are involved in evaluating new acquisitions, giving you the chance to influence both strategy and business development. You will be part of an entrepreneurial environment where ideas quickly become reality, and your expertise contributes to our collective growth.

Your profileWe believe that you, just like us, are driven by making a real difference. You have an academic background in finance and several years of experience in qualified work within accounting, controlling, and analysis. If you also have knowledge of consolidated financial statements and consolidation, that is an extra plus, but not a must; it’s more about having the right attitude than knowing everything from the start.

You are someone who sees the business behind the numbers, thinks strategically, and finds it easy to connect analysis with concrete improvements. You are structured and take responsibility, but at the same time curious and have the courage to challenge when needed.
